The driver involved in the fatal motor vehicle accident has been identified as Gary A. Barnett, age 47, of Anchorage. The NOK has been notified. Investigation is ongoing.
ORIGINAL STORY:
A man died Monday in a crash on the Seward Highway. Alaska State Troopers say the man’s name will be released after next of kin has been notified.
Troopers shortly after noon Monday received a call that a sedan was found overturned along the highway near Upper Trail Lake at Mile 33.8.
Emergency medical responders declared the man inside dead.
Troopers are investigating the circumstances. This is a developing story.
