Kenai Peninsula Borough Mayor Mike Navarre appeared on KSRM’s Soundoff this morning, answering questions from LNG to advisory votes.
He said personally he would not vote in favor of implementing the proposed limited animal control.
Navarre also said the last advisory vote was in 1998 and since then there have been many requests for the borough to do animal control in some way or another.
If that two part advisory vote is passed the decision would then be up to the borough assembly.
