The Nikiski Bulldogs offense rushed for over 300 yards and scored on seven of eight possessions before allowing the clock to run out on an impressive 48-28 victory over Valdez.

The Bulldogs scored on their first five drives and capitalized on three Buccaneer fumbles for a 48-28 Division III win over Aurora Conference Valdez.
Sam Berry lead the ground attack with over 170 yards and three touchdowns. Cody Handley carried for over 60 yards and caught a 20-yard touchdown pass from Noah Litke–all in the first half. Brock Sarks rushed for two touchdowns and nearly 100 yards, all in the second half.
Nikiski stands 1-1 against Aurora Conference opponents (loss to Barrow in week one) and will face a third Aurora opponent on Friday, August 24th at Nikiski High School; a 5 p.m. scheduled game time.
