The Nikiski Bulldog football team will face-off against the 2019 Division III state champion Houston Hawks in the first round of the 2020 ASAA Division III Football Championships on Saturday, October 10th, hosting the playoff game at Nikiski High School. Game time is scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
Mitigation measures and game protocols will be in affect for the Nikiski vs Houston game, including social distancing requirements and requirements for wearing face coverings. Nikiski High School must submit a mitigation plan to the KPBSD as the host site for the playoff game (see sample mitigation plan below). The Alaska School Activities Association also has a hand in the mitigation plan for all ASAA events.
