The Ninilchik boys in 2A basketball and the Houston boys in 3A basketball continue their winning ways on Friday in the final week of the regular season.
Ninilchik Boys 81 – Seward 35
The Wolverines overpowered Seward 81-35 in non-divisional play n Friday with the Ninilchik boys remaining unbeaten on the season. Landon Colburn scored 19 and Cole Moore added 18 points in the winning effort for Ninilchik. The Wolverines opened a 47-19 lead at the half.

Seward Girls 35 – Ninilchik 14
The Seward girls held the Wolverine girls scoreless in the first quarter and to a single point in the third quarter in a 35-14 non-conference victory for the Seahawks.
Houston Boys 86- Nikiski 39
The Houston boys improved to 19-0 on the regular season with an 86-39 victory over Nikiski on Friday at Houston. The Hawks led 39-22 in the first half and blew the game open with a 25-point, third quarter. Houston is 9-0 in the Eastern Conference of 3A basketball; Nikiski stands at 2-6 in the Peninsula Conference.
Houston Girls 56 – Nikiski 36
The Bulldog girls played even with the Hawks in the first half, leading 10-9 after the first quarter. Houston pulled-away from the free throw line in the fourth quarter for the 56-36 victory. Kinlee Jefferys scored 10 points for the Bulldog girls.
