Despite initial reports of an incident in Nikiski, the Alaska State Troopers have said there was no foul play involved in one being medevaced to Anchorage.

Ipsen: “I know everybody in Nikiski is kind of on edge with the recent break-ins but no investigator was called out there.”
So far circumstances indicate a self-inflicted gun shot wound.
