No New COVID-19 Cases, 12 New Recoveries

The Alaska Department of Health and Social Services reported no new positive COVID-19 cases in their Thursday update. That leaves the total positive case count in the state at 355.

 

The total number of recovered patients, as of Thursday’s update, stands at 252 out of the 355 total positive cases that have been reported. That marks 12 new recoveries.

 

The total number of tests conducted in the state thus far is 19,562‬, which is an increase of 443 tests from the Wednesday update.

 

These cases are reported using the state’s timetable of reporting counts: 12:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. on April 29.

 

No new hospitalizations have been reported, leaving that tally at 36. There were no new deaths reported, leaving that total at nine.
