Oilers Ground The Pilots On Wednesday

The Peninsula Oilers ended a three game losing streak with a win over the Anchorage Glacier Pilots 5-3 on Wednesday in Anchorage at Mulcahy Stadium.

 

The Oilers scored two runs in the first inning against the Pilots. Holding the Pilots scoreless until the sixth inning when the added three runs, and that would the last for the Pilots.

 

Kenai added a run in the seventh, eighth and ninth innings and picked up the win 5-3.
