The Peninsula Oilers allowed three unearned runs to the San Francisco Seals on Tuesday, falling to the Seals 5-2 in game three of the four game series. The Oilers first loss comes on a night when the Oilers outhit the Seals eight to five; however, managed only two runs.
Oilers starting pitcher Andrew Wright posted an interesting line with 96 pitches in five innings, one hit allowed, four walks, two hit batters but only one earned run allowed. The Oilers bats spread eight hits among seven different batters.
