Opening Day of the Penisula Oilers baseball season is scheduled for Thursday , June 7th at Coral Seymour Memorial Park, with the Anchorage Bucs in Kenai for an opening six-game series in Alaska Baseball League action.

Housing Needed
The Peninsula Oilers ara still in need of a few additional host families for the summer season with runs through the end of July. Interested host parents can contact the Oilers office at 283-7133. The Oilers provide transportation and players are on-the-road for about 24 dates during the season.
