On the same day that Sarah Palin officially endorsed Presidential Candidate Donald Trump, Wasilla Police announced that Palin’s son Track was arrested Monday on three misdemeanor domestic violence charges.
The police report stated at around 10:04 pm Monday, January 18, Wasilla officers responded to a residence for a disturbance.
Track Palin was reportedly outside the residence but investigation revealed he had committed a domestic violence assault on a female within the residence.
He also interfered with her ability to report the crime and posessed a firearm while intoxicated according to the police report.
Palin was arrested on charges of assault in the fourth degree(domestic violence), interfering with a domestic violence report, and misconduct involving weapons in the fourth degree.
Palin was held without bail until arraignment.
An attorney for the Palin’s requested respect for the family’s privacy so Track may get the help that he and many other returning veterans need.
