The Alaska Division of Elections has issued a reminder to voters that the Permanent Fund Dividend application will be used to automatically register all eligible individuals to vote or to update voter registration information, unless voters opt-out.
The 2020 Automatic Voter Registration opt-out mailers have been mailed out. If you are currently NOT registered to vote or if you changed your residence address on your PFD application, you will receive an opt-out notice.
If you do not wish to be registered or to have your address updated you must complete and return the notice by May 15. If you want to be registered or have your information updated, simply ignore the card.
