The Kenai Kardinals host the 3A Peninsula Conference basketball tournament with play beginning on Thursday, March 10th at KCHS.
Teams in the 3A Peninsula Conference tournament include: Kenai, Nikiski, Seward, Homer and Grace Christian of Anchorage. The tournament champions and the tournament runners-up qualify to the ASAA 3A Alaska State Basketball Championships.

Thursday Game Schedule & Scores
Nikiski Girls 25 – Homer Girls 49 Homer advances to 6 p.m. game vs Grace Girls at 6 p.m.
Seward Boys 38 – Nikiski Boys 30 Seward advances to play Grace Boys at 8 p.m.
KCHS Girls 47 – Seward Girls 44 Kenai advances to Friday’s championship game. Seward plays Nikiski at 10 a.m. on Friday.
Kenai Boys 54 – Homer Boys 46 Kenai advances to Friday’s championship game. Homer plays Nikiski at noon on Friday.
Grace Girls 69 – Homer 29 Grace advances to girls championship game on Friday at 6 p.m. against Kenai. Homer plays at 2 p.m. on Friday in elimination game.
Grace Boys 52 – Seward 20 Grace advances to boys championship game on Friday at 8 p.m. against Kenai. Seward plays at 4 p.m. on Friday in elimination game.
Friday’s schedule will include double-back games and the tournament championship games. Saturday will feature the state qualifying, second-place games.
