The 2014 Peninsula Duals Wrestling Tournament, hosted by Nikiski High School, crowned the Kotzebue Huskies as team champions for a second-straight year.
Outstanding individual performances were turned-in by central peninsula wrestlers; as the Nikiski Bulldogs finished third and SoHi fourth in the 15 team competition.
Undefeated wrestlers in the two-day competition included:
Nikiski: Luke Johnson, Austin Ozbun, Jon McCormick, and Dylan Broussard
SoHi: Austin Craig, Seth Hutchison and Bailey Blumentritt
KCHS: Paul Steffensen, Elllery Steffensen and Dylan Carter
