The Peninsula Oilers open the 2017 Alaska Baseball League season with ESPN & Coca-Cola Night at the Ballpark on Friday, June 9th. A free admission, opening night with the Oilers facing the Mat-Su Miners. Game time is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
The Oilers opening home stand features six games in five days against ABL foe Mat-Su. The Oilers and Miners met in the Top of the World Series in 2016, the culminating event for the Alaska League.
