The Peninsula Oilers concluded their 2018 Alaska Baseball League Scout Showcase exhibition games on Saturday, with a 7-3 win against the Anchorage Glacier Pilots at Mulcahy Stadium.
The Oilers finished their slate of showcase games undefeated, after tying the Mat-Su Miners 1-1 on Friday.

The Oilers struck for three runs in the top of the second inning, a Matthew Kirk two-run double and a throwing error with Kirk on base, allowed the Oilers to score three runs against Pilots starter Brandon Moore.
The Oilers recorded a fourth run in the fifth inning on a solo home run by Bryce Begell.
The Pilots scored their first pair of runs in the bottom of the frame against Oilers reliever Grant Wood, both runs were unearned after an error to begin the inning.
The Oilers responded with three runs in the sixth, a Paul Kunst two-run double, and a sacrifice fly by Evan Berkey gave the Oilers a 7-2 lead.
The Pilots scored their final run in the bottom of the seventh against Oilers reliever Brian Leonhardt; a wild pitch with a runner on base scored the Pilots third run.
Oilers starter Christian Winston and reliever Bryan Woo each tossed two shutout innings, allowing one combined hit on three strikeouts.
Wood, Calvin Farris and Leonhardt each tossed an inning in relief in the win.
Oilers Conclude Weekend With 2018 Alaska Baseball League All-Star Game
The 2018 Alaska Baseball League Home Run Derby and All-Star Game caps off the weekend, with the home run derby beginning at 1 p.m. and the All-Star Game at 4 p.m.
