Pilots Stay Unbeaten Against Oilers With 5-1 ABL Victory

The Peninsula Oilers manufactured a single run against the Anchorage Glacier Pilots, the Oilers first run against the Pilots in four games, in a 5-1 loss to the Pilots on Monday night at Mulcahy Park.  The Oilers have scored one run in 31 innings against Anchorage.

 

Pilots 5 – Oilers 1  

The Glacier Pilots scored a pair of runs in the second inning and added a run in the third for a 3-0 lead before the Oilers scored a lone run in the sixth inning.  Garrett Pennington scored after a lead-off walk.  Colin Moore went 2 for 4 at the plate and is hitting a league-leading .398.
