The annual Bill Miller Big Fish Wood Bat Tournament, an American Legion Baseball invitation tournament hosted by the Kenai Post 20 Twins, opens competition on Tuesday, June 28th with three days of play at Coral Seymour Memorial Park.
The tournament features teams from the lower 48 which include Buffalo, Minnesota, and Napoleon Post 300 (River Bandits), Ohio. Alaska-based teams include Bartlett and the host Post 20 Twins. The River Bandits defeated Eagle River in the Alaska 529 Midseason Classic @ Mulcahy Park this past weekend, a record fifth Alaska tournament championship for the team from Ohio.
