The public comment period for the Department of Transportation’s Statewide Transportation Improvement Program has been extended for Amendement 12 of their 2012-2015 projects.
The extension comes from technical difficulties that were experienced and the deadline to submit comments is now January 12, 2015.
Amendment 12 addresses scope, funding and scheduling issues on various projects around the state.

McCarthy: “The STIP itself is the program of our projects, so things that are being planned for, designed and scheduled for construction. So the public can look and see what’s out there, what’s being worked on and make comments on timeline, schedules, that kind of thing.”
