Today is Martin Luther King Jr. and Alaska Civil Rights Day.
We spoke with Suzie Kendrick from the Kenai Peninsula College about their closures and hours.
Kendrick: Kenai Peninsula College will be closed on Monday, January 20, in observance of Alaska Civil Rights Day and Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We will open for normal hours on Tuesday at all campuses and extension sites in the KPC system.
Government offices, post offices, and public schools will also be closed.
