Cross country runners representing every school size in Region III will converge on Colony High School on Saturday, September 26 for the 2015 Region III Cross Country Running Championships.
The championship meet will be divided into four separate races by classification and gender. Champions will be crowned and state qualifiers determined from race results. State qualifying standards include:
Region III 3A: Top 4 teams (7 members each) and any runner in the top 15 not on the 4 qualifying teams.
Region III 4A: Top 3 teams (7 members each) and any runner in the top 15 not on the 3 qualifying teams.
