Three new committees were formed via resolutions and seats on committees were assigned during the first day of the 29th Legislative session.

 

District O Sen. Peter Micciche was set on the Resource committee, Judiciary Committee, Committee on Energy, the newly formed World Trade Committee, and the Chair of the Transportation Committee,  Vice Chair of the Finance Committee, and Co Chair on the new Special Committee on Energy.

 

He was also set on the Legislative Council and as an alternate on the Legislative Ethics Committee.

 

The third newly formed was  the Special Committee on Arctic Policy.
