Seven Records Fall At SST Competition

The spring competition for the Speed and Strength Training (SST) competition was held at Soldotna High School and competitors from SoHi, KCHS and Nikiski combined to set seven new records.

Athletes competed in lifting events including the squat, clean and snatch; and an endurance event named “Fight Gone Bad”.
