Seward Holds-Off Nikiski For Non-Conference Football Win

A late Nikiski surge drew the Bulldogs to within two points; however, Seward held-off Nikiski 28-26 at Nikiski on Friday night.

The Bulldogs and Seahawks traded touchdowns in the first half; Seward posted two touchdowns in the third quarter and Nikiski recorded a pair of fourth quarter touchdowns.

How important are extra-point attempts!

Nikiski missed on three of four 2-point conversions and Seward converted two of four;  a difference of two points–Final Score: Seward 28 – Nikiski 26.
