At 8:55 pm Saturday, July 25, Kenai Police responded to the report of a wrecked vehicle on Beaver Loop Road.
As a result, officers contacted 25-year-old Fritz Barras of Seward.
Barras was arrested for false information and misconduct involving a controlled substance to the fourth degree.
Officers also discovered Barras had a$1,000 Anchorage warrant from the Alaska State Troopers for probation violation on the original charges of robbery to the second degree and violating conditions of release.
Barras was transported to Wildwood Pretrial Facility.
