Alaska State Troopers are investigating a series of thefts that have happened in Seward over the past two weeks.
Seward resident Michael London reported on September 12 that someone had entered his residence on Knotwood Street in Seward and taken his wallet and cell phone. Troopers are investigating.
On September 18, Ronald Schurman reported that someone had broken into his home on Cape Resurrection Circle, stealing around $1,000 worth of property. A suspect was identified in that case and a majority of the property has been returned although investigation continues.
Troopers received a report on September 25 from 60-year-old David Moore of Seward who said a vehicle on his property had been broken into and around $50 in tool stolen. Troopers are investigating.
