The Tanana Invitational Middle School Wrestling Tournament, the largest middle school-aged wrestling competition in the state of Alaska, crowned champions in 18 boys weight classes and 14 girls weight classes and crowned Skyview Middle School girls the overall girls team champion and the Skyview boys as team runner-up.
The Skyview Middle School wrestlers combined for nine individual championships, Kenai Middle School and Nikiski recorded single individual champions. The event welcomed all middle school wrestlers regardless of school wrestling or club wrestling affiliation.
