Yesterday the Kenai Court held a preliminary hearing on the Patrick Slate domestic violence case.
In a room full of family, supporters, and witnesses, the case was bound to Superior Court which will meet on February 18.
The 21-year-old female victim is said to be recovering in hospital and out of the ICU.
Slate was visibly distraught during yesterday’s hearing and agreed to be detained until the Superior Court date.
