The National Weather Service in Anchorage reports that forecasted snowfall is set to impact travel along the Seward Highway.
A long duration snow event has set up for the higher elevations of the Seward Highway and is expected to continue through at least Tuesday afternoon. Up to 15 additional inches of snow is possible through Tuesday.
There is the potential for more snow beyond Monday as the active weather pattern continues.
