The Soldotna Stars dominated the Chugiak Mustangs in the Stars first Northern Lights Conference football game of the regular season, defeating Chugiak 55-21; and it wasn’t that close!
SoHi 55 – Chugiak 21
The SoHi offense proved unstoppable in the first half of a 55-21 victory over Chugiak in the Stars first NLC contest of the regular season.
SoHi scored seven touchdowns on only 19 plays to open a 49-0 halftime lead. The starting offense added a touchdown to open the third quarter for a 55-0 SoHi advantage; then the Stars starters put their helmets away for the night.

The Soldotna Stars stand at 5-0 on the season and 1-0 in the Northern Lights Conference. Chugiak drops to 2-3, 1-2 in the NLC.
SoHi travels to play the Palmer Moose on Friday, September 16th at Palmer High School.
