The Soldotna High School football cheer squad dominated the team and individual camp awards for the 2017 Universal Cheer Association Summer Camp held at the Alaska Airlines Center on the campus of UAA.
The Soldotna Cheer Squad, as a unit, received an invitation to perform at the Citrus Bowl pre-game festivities in Orlando, Florida on New Year’s Day 2018.
Four SoHi squad members received All-American Medallions and are invited to perform in London for a New Years’ Day Parade as members of the UCA All-American Cheer Team. Team members include: Brooke Belluomini, Savannah Eberhard, Delaney Risley and Seryn Tyler Sproul.
Six SoHi girls received Camp Star pins for being nominated to try out for all American. Brooke Belluomini, Joanna Cornelius, Savannah Eberhard, Melia Harding, Delaney Risley and Seryn Tyler Sproul.
Joanna Cornelius and Seryn Tyler Sproul received Captain Awards and invitations to perform at Walt Disney World in November/December.
Nicole Kreider & Seryn Tyler Sproul received Pin It Forward pins.
Delaney Risley.was nominated and invited to tryout as a UCA instructor.
