State Troopers received a report of a robbery from a convenience store early Tuesday morning at 12:32 a.m. The complainant then said that he was able to recover the safe that was stolen.

Trooper Dispatch reports that Jaycee Hermann, age 20 of Kenai, is the one they believe stole the safe. He left in a black Ford Focus as the passenger, with Jessica Segura, age 21 of Soldotna, as the driver.

Troopers made contact with Segura on a traffic stop at mile 92 of the Sterling Highway. She was arrested, transported, and remanded to Wildwood Pretrial with no bail for Second Degree Robbery, no motor vehicle insurance, and a warrant.

As of this report, Troopers have been unable to locate Hermann, and an arrest warrant was requested.
