A Soldotna man was arrested in the early hours Friday morning after reportedly shooting at a group of people.
Around 2:08 am on August 28 Troopers responded to the report of an intoxicated man shooting a firearm toward a group of people at a residence in Soldotna.
The four individuals advised officers that a man, later identified as 53-year-old Todd Small, came outside and fired a firearm in their vicinity.
Troopers contacted Small at a residence where he was found to be impaired by alcohol.
Small was arrested on four counts of Assault to the third degree and misconduct involving weapons in the fourth degree.
He was transported to Wildwood Pretrial Facility and remanded with no bail.
