Kenai Police have arrested a Soldotna man for the recent vandalism in Old Town Kenai.
Multiple buildings were tagged with spray paint sometime between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning and 33 year-old Mark Massera was arrested in connection to that on Thursday May 7.

Lt. Ross: “The police department received an anonymous tip about who was responsible and after further interview and investigation Mark Massera was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree for the graffiti that was located in Old Town Kenai and at the bathrooms down at Kenai Avenue. At this time we have no information to suggest that there’s another suspect involved.”
He said the investigation is ongoing and collecting estimates for the damages.
