Due to reports of some Kasilof residents voluntarily leaving their residences, board of directors member Joe Dilley with the Soldotna Equestrian Association said they are opening the Soldotna Rodeo Grounds to residents with concern for their livestock.
He said he already has a truck load of horses headed to the grounds and is willing to truck water all night for people.
