On November 1 many rumors of dangerous candies having razor-like objects inside were circulating Soldotna.
Soldotna Police Chief Peter Mlynarik…
Mlynarik: “There wasn’t anything directly reported to us as in problems that there were any inappropriate items in candy.”
He said it did serve as a good reminder for parents to check candies though.
Mlynarik: “Yeah it’s always a good idea to go through it and just make sure there’s nothing harmful before kids eat it.”
