The 2022 Alaska Special Olympics Summer Games, featuring competition in Basketball, Gymnastics, Powerlifting, Swimming, Track & Field, opens competition on Friday, June 24th and runs through Sunday, June 26th in Anchorage, Alaska.
The games will be contested at multiple venues with the registration and opening ceremonies set for UAA. Clark Middle School will be the host site for basketball and track & field. The Dimond High pool will host the swimming events; the Arctic Gymnastics Center will host gymnastics and CrossFit Iron Refined will host the weightlifting events.
Registration begins at 3 p.m. on Friday at UAA.
