Q 100 The Point and The Fuse 106.9 are once again turning the radio station over to the kids with their Annual Country and Rock Cares For St. Jude Kids Radiothon, and we need your help in the fight against childhood cancer!
Both stations will be looking for individuals who would like to become partners in Hope by donating to this cause through April 4th and 5th.

“So Radiokenai does an annual Radiation where they ask listeners to become partners and hope for St. Jude’s. So that’s a link $10 A month donation to St. Jude, and that is truly the sustaining model for fundraising for all the life-saving work that’s happening at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital,” said Jessica McCaffrey, the Area Executive Director for the Pacific Northwest
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is a research and care facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Established over 62 years ago, this hospital was specifically designed to help fight against childhood cancer.
“You know, one in five children were surviving. And so fast forward to today. Four to five children are surviving childhood cancer, and that’s because of the work of St. Jude, which is research-based, a lot of clinical trials, and then I think the thing we’re most known for is that no family ever receives a bill for treatment, travel or housing or food. So all the family has to worry about is taking care of their child and we accept patients from all 50 States and around the world,” said McCaffrey.
