State Baseball Championship Game Set For Wednesday At Mulcahy Park

The Alliance of Alaska Baseball rescued the summer baseball season when the American Legion pulled-away from the 2020 sponsorship of summer baseball.

Today, the Alliance Baseball League celebrates a successful and safe summer of baseball with the championship game of the ABL state tournament.

 

West Anchorage will battle Wasilla in the ABL championship contest on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at Mulcahy Park in Anchorage.

 

West advances with a 15-12 victory over Eagle River, the highest scoring tournament game since 2015.  The Wasilla Road Warriors overpowered South Anchorage 11-1 and Wasilla returns to the championship game for a second-straight year.
