The Soldotna Star girls finished as state runner-up to Juneau High School; a repeat of the 2019 Division II state tournament results. Juneau has won all three Division II championships.
The SoHi boys fell to Thunder Mountain in the Division II championship game. Kenai, 2019 and 2018 champions, finished fourth overall.
