The chase is on for the first state championships in the newly-formed divisions of Alaska high school soccer.
Alaska high school soccer features two state championship tournaments with the Division I classification ( 851 + enrollment) and the Division II classification (1-850 enrollment) both contested at Service High School and Eagle River High School.
ASAA State Division II Soccer Championships: March 24-26 Service High & Eagle River High
The Soldotna girls, Kenai girls and Kenai boys will battle in the Division II tournament; SoHi girls and Kenai boys receive first round byes by virtue of Peninsula Conference championships.
