The Alaska State Troopers have issued a STATEWIDE ALERT: Silver Alert: Carey Lowe age 64 of Oregon. Lowe was reported to be a vulnerable adult with a history of seizures. Lowe left his brother’s residence in the area of S. Glenn Highway and E. Rebarcheck Rd., on 6/14/2016 at approximately 2241 hours. Lowe was last seen wearing a dark hat, tan Carhartt jacket and carrying a black suitcase. Contact the Alaska State Troopers Hotline 855-SILVR99 – (855-745-8799) with information.
