On November 29 at around 12:15 am Alaska State Troopers of Soldotna made a traffic stop on a Chevy pick-up truck for being stopped in the roadway with another truck.
The two vehicles were blocking the roadway.
Troopers contacted a 16 year old male operating one of the vehicles and subsequent investigation revealed the juvenile to be in possession of marijuana.
His parents were contacted and he was released.
The case is being taken up by the Division of Juvenile Justice.
