Area track athletes will meet at Kenai Central High School for a mini-meet hosted by KCHS on the Kardinals home track.
The meet will feature a modified schedule with competition in the 200M, 100M, 800M, 1600M, ad 4X200M Relay.
Homer Invitational Track Meet
Next up on the track and field schedule for high school athletes is the Homer Invitational Track and Field Meet scheduled for Friday and Saturday, April 18-19 on the Homer track. Friday’s events begin at 1:00 p.m. and Saturday’s events begin at 9:00 a.m.
Soldotna High Football/Soccer & Track Facility Under Construction
The Soldotna High School football/soccer and track complex will be under construction and closed to public use beginning this week and until construction is completed; with an anticipated completion date in late July 2014.
The public and area schools are restricted from the construction areas during the construction process. Other area soccer fields, outside of the construction area will be utilized through the spring and summer sports seasons.
