Around 2 pm the Kenai Police Department and Alaska State Troopers diverted traffic after a chase which ended at the intersection on Bridge Access Road.
Trooper spokeswoman Megan Peters told us what began the situation.
Peters: “Just looks like we tried to pull somebody over, I’m not sure what it was for and they just didn’t stop and so other troopers joined in.”
Traffic was back to normal within 30 minutes.
