The Alaska State Troopers arrested four people in Kasilof on January 2 after they responded to the report of a theft earlier that day.
Troopers patrol along with the Trooper Criminal Suppression detail responded to a residence on Cardwell Road where they contacted 26 year-old David Beaupre of Nikiski, 26 year-old Tanner Comoza of Sterling, 37 year old Joey Comoza of Kasilof and 32 year-old Neka Pannick of Anchorage.
Ensuing contact and investigation into the property and group of people resulted in the recovery of a stolen vehicle, multiple stolen items, a firearm, dru gs and drug paraphernalia.
Beaupre, Tanner Comoza, and Neka Pannick were arrested and transported to Wildwood Pretrial Facility. Joey Comoza was advised of forthcoming charges and released at the scene.
Some of the various charges against the individuals were vehicle theft in the first degree, misconduct involving a controlled substance to the fourth degree, petition to revoke probation for all three, misconduct involving weapons for two, warrant arrest for two, theft to the second degree, hindering prosecution, evidence tampering, criminal tresspass to the first degree, criminal mischief to the fifth degree, and providing false information for all three.
