A probation violation led to an arrest in Sterling in the early morning hours yesterday morning.
47-year-old Corum Dillinger is accused of traveling outside of Wasilla without a probations travel pass. He was the passenger of a black 2020 Kia soul that was spotted by Soldotna Alaska State Troopers traveling above the posted speed limit near mile marker 71 by East Fork Moose Creek.
A traffic stop was conducted and the occupants of the vehicle were contacted. An Alaska Public Safety Information Network check revealed Dillinger was on probation for original charges of 2nd degree misconduct involving controlled substances, 4th degree misconduct involving controlled substances and 4th criminal mischief. Soldotna Alaska State Troopers deployed K-9 Donna, who indicated that controlled substances were in the vehicle.
Probations was contacted and Dillinger was arrested for a probation violation and taken to Wildwood Pretrial where he is held without bail.
