Alaska State Troopers arrested 27 year old Frank Bush of Soldotna yesterday after following up an anonymous tip
Bush was contacted at a residence on Thunder Road in Kenai and subsequently arrested, transported and remanded at Wildwood Pretrial without bail on a petition to revoke probation along with a $5,000 Alaska State Trooper Warrant with the original charge of assault in the 3rd degree.
He appeared in custody in the Kenai Courthouse today where his probation was revoked and he was assigned a public defender.
