The Alaska State Troopers are seeking information in a search for a missing Wisconsin man last heard from in Alaska.
72 year-old Roger H. Yaeger traveled to Alaska this summer to view wildlife and in his last communication around August 8th told his family he intended to update them on his progress around Christmas.
After Yaeger didn’t return emails for an extended period of time his family contacted the troopers a few weeks ago.
The troopers were able to confirm Yaeger visited family in Wasilla around August 8, then traveled to Fairbanks where he returned his rental car around August 9-10.
No flight records exist for Yeager flying in or out of Alaska.
