Troopers Track Theft From Anchor Point Vehicle, Store

Troopers are currently tracking two thefts in Anchor Point; both took place last Wednesday evening.

 

At 5:30pm an Anchor Point resident reported that $250 worth of items had been stolen from their vehicle parked at a local home.

 

Just after 8pm, the Anchor River Store phoned in another possible theft. The store clerk said a young woman left the store with items in her purse that weren’t paid for. She was identified as 27-year-old Madison Chacon of Anchorage. A warrant has been requested for Chacon’s arrest on the charge of theft in the 4th degree, shoplifting.
